ANSWER: Take a fall, have a ski come off and then can't find it under the snow.

If this has happened to you, then you know how valuable these durable 4 foot long red nylon powder cords can be. The powder cords are designed to work with any bindings. One end of the cord attaches to your binding and the rest of the cord gets stuffed under your pants around your boots. IF you fall and release from your binding, the 4 foot red cord pulls out making it easy to spot your ski. If you can't figure out how to attach the powder cords, instructions are included. When not in use, they're easy to store in a pocket.
