The Therm-ic Liion with Perform insoles are unique because they use Lithium-ion batteries which are lighter in weight than AA or nickel metal hydride batteries. Lithium-ion batteries weigh almost half of what the other system batteries weigh and are smaller in size. The Perform insoles are pre-wired with the heating elements and are easy to install.
Therm-ic Liion features;
Quick and easy installation! The Perform insoles already have the heating elements built in at the toes. All you need to do is remove your current insoles, trim to size, install in boots, plug in and turn on. Fits all types of winter boots. It took us about 30 minutes to do the initial installation in both boots.
Comfortable warmth up to 18 hours with freshly charged batteries. The Liion batteries can be charged up to 1000 times.
You have 3 settings of heat that allow you to determine how much heat you want and determine how long your batteries last.
Heat settings;
Setting #1- 99° F / 37° C for up to 18 hours.
Setting #2- 113° F / 45° C for up to 8.5 hours.
Setting #3- 161° F / 72° C for up to 3.5 hours.
Keep in mind you don't have the power on all day. Just when it's needed. For instance, you would turn the power off when inside.

2 Lithium-ion battery packs with clips. Both batteries have integrated heat stage switches.
A global battery charger that works in the USA, UK and Europe. Offers controlled charging with charge time about 2 hours. The charger has an additional feature that prevents overcharging which allows for longer battery life. You need a power converter for other countries.
TWO Perform insoles which are anatomic 3D shaped insoles with connecting wires. The Perform insoles give great support for stability and balance. They are made of high quality EVA foam. The heating elements are built into the toe area of the insole so all you need to do is remove your current insoles, trim the Perform insoles to the same size and slide the Perform insoles in. You can opt to run the wire for the battery right up the back or put a small slit in your boot liners and run the wire between the liner and shell. (We recommend the later.) It took us less than 30 minutes to install.
Therm-ic offers a 1 year warranty against any manufacture defect.
