The Therm-ic Powerpack Max+ is designed for boots that are pre-wired with THERM-IC heating elements. Some of the boot manufactures that are pre-wired are from Atomic, Dalbello (USA only), Salomon and Burton.
The Powerpack Max+ batteries have 3 setting levels for personal temperature regulation.
Level 1 settings- 37°C or 99°F and lasts up to 16 hours
Level 2 settings- 45°C or 113°F and lasts up to 7.5 hours
Level 3 settings- 70°C or 158°F and lasts up to 2.8 hours.
To save the batteries, turn them off when you go inside or when your feet are warm.
You'll receive;

2 1600 Nickel metal hydride batteries that can be recharged up to 1,000 times and clip to the back of your boots.

A battery charger for use in North America. Can be used in other countries with a power converter.
