Need skis for the littlest one in the family?
Here's a set of skis and poles for parents who want to introduce their 1 1/2 to 4 year old kids to the joys of skiing and outdoor winter fun.
Features......
Skis: At only 70cm long, they'll be easy to maneuver for even the smallest skier.
Ski bottoms: In the middle of the bottom of the skis, there are fish scale bottoms like cross country skis. This way they have a difficult time going backwards and can walk around on the flats if needed. It also keeps their speed down and more controlled.
Bindings: The nylon strap and plastic reinforced bindings secure the kids the skis. They are easy to adjust and best of all, you can use your child's soft outdoor boots.
Poles: Poles are something they may not need but comes in very handy at times. At only 60 cm long, poles at this length are very hard to find.
Recommended age range: 1 1/2 - 4 years old.
Our comments: We've found most kids don't have enough control of their motor skills until around 4 years old. This package gives that age range an inexpensive alternative and allows them to get out in the back yard or a small slope and enjoy the outdoors.
