The SPK Kaos lets you do what you do best.
Salomon developed the Kaos boot in collaboration with some of
the best freeride skier in the world. These skiers demand performance,
grip and a great fit. This big mountain specific boot stands out in style and
design. Kaos ski boot features...... Performance level: With a flex index of 100, this boot
is designed for good intermediates to advanced freestyle and freeride skiers. Shell: A second skin shell concept allows this boot to
be strong yet light. Heel and toe pads: Replaceable DIN heel and toe pads in
case they wear down. Tongue handle pull strap: Helps you with entry and fit. Inner liner: The CF Sport inner liner has a quick lace
system like a snowboard boot that allows for better pressure distribution and closure. Tongue: The air cushioned tongue offers plenty of
comfort against shin splints and offers better comfort for shock absorption
when landing the big air. Buckles: Why have 4 buckles when all you need is 2? The
oversized aluminum buckles have micro adjustments to dial in your comfort. Rear spoiler & forward lean wedge: Both can be adjusted to accommodate various lower leg and calf
dimensions along with forward lean. Cushioning system: The 3D rubber shock absorber is
located under your heel and makes the tough landings easier. Power strap: The oversized power strap with Velcro
closure offers great shin distribution for
comfort. Color: Black and white with blue lettering. Our testers comments: "I thought the upright stance
would get in the way of my all mountain skiing but I felt no difference. But I
did notice it was much easier to ski in the park and much easier to go reverse."
As always, Alpine Accessories recommends to have your bindings
adjusted at a certified shop.
